 |  | Returns Policy Hardware & Software: We will refund hardware and software purchases in full if the hardware or software do not work satisfactorily. In order to qualify for a full refund the following conditions must be satisfied; - You have read and understood the system and installation requirements and limitations outline in the product documentation and specifications.
- A reasonable attempt has be made to get the hardware or software to work and our technical support have not been able to provide a solution.
- The hardware together with a copy of proof of purchase (Invoice/Receipt) is returned within 30 days from the date of purchase and is complete, package is undamaged, and the product in as-new condition.
