Shipping Policy

Trillium will endeavor to ship all goods within 2 business days from receipt of your order and payment confirmation. If we cannot ship your order within 5 business days we will contact you to advise you of the delay and reaffirm your wish to proceed with the order.

Within Australia.

Goods will be shipped by Courier or Australia Post’s Parcel Post Service unless you specifically request otherwise. Delivery time is generally 1-2 day from date of shipment to most capital cities and major regional areas.

If you require an alternative shipping method you need to contact sales@trillium.com.au to arrange this. Other shipping methods may incur additional shipping charges.

Outside Australia.

Goods will be shipped by airmail unless you request otherwise. Delivery is 7-14 days from shipping.

Overseas Customs and Importation Issues

Trillium does not accept any responsibility for covering customs or importation issues or restrictions that may apply to countries other than Australia. If you have issues regarding customs regulations or importation restrictions you need to clarify these with your post office or local customs authority.
